We welcome friction. It’s a requirement for change. We will poke where it hurts, ask uncomfortable questions and take the fights that need to be fought. But we do it with kindness.

We celebrate irrational choices. If there was a logical, straightforward solution you would have found it by now. Either that or someone else is already doing it. Novel solutions require lateral thinking.

We are playful grown-ups. We believe in unleashing creativity to solve complex problems but we know you have a business to run. We won’t waste your time, and we expect the same from you.

We aim to be part of the solution. Our ambition is to leave every place, person and planet in a better state than we found them. If your organization is doing the opposite we will block you from our calling list.

We teach people to fish. We will do more than solve your problems. We will show you how to use our methods to solve them for yourself in the future. If we do our job right, you won't need us forever.
